Under the provisions of the
Sudurpashchim Province Public Service Commission (First Amendment) Act, 2079, applications are hereby invited from eligible candidates for the permanent recruitment of positions across various categories, including group, sub-group, and tier posts. These posts cover both technical and Non-Technical roles as well as inclusive competitive examination posts.
Eligible candidates meeting the prescribed minimum qualifications are required to submit their applications online through the Commission’s online application system at http://ppsconline.sudurpashchim.gov.np.
The examination for these posts—covering positions in the group, sub-group, and tier categories—will be conducted in an integrated manner in a single session. Following the examination, candidates will be ranked in order of merit, and appointments will be made accordingly, in line with the guidelines and procedures established by the Commission.
Candidates are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria and the examination guidelines before applying. Once the online application is submitted, no further modifications or updates will be permitted.

The selection process consists of a Written Examination, Group Discussion, Skill Test, and an Interview (subject-specific examination as per the syllabus of the respective posts of Sudurpashchim Province).

The examination may be conducted in Nepali, English, or both Nepali and English.

Application Fee Submission Deadlines:
- Regular Application Fee: Deadline is 2081/11/18 (Nepali Calendar)
- Double Fee Submission: Deadline is 2081/11/06 (Nepali Calendar)
Age Requirements for the Posts:
- For male candidates, as of 2081/11/18, the age must be at least 21 years and not exceed 35 years.
- For female or differently-abled candidates, the upper age limit is 45 years.
- However, for permanent posts under the Provincial Public Service Commission, Provincial Public Service of the local government, and related services, there is no age limit.
- For health service positions, the minimum age is 18 years and the maximum is 45 years.
Job Vacancy and Post Details:
A detailed list of advertisements (with numbers ranging from 535/081-82 to 553/081-82) specifies the posts under various categories such as Health, General, and others, including information about the number of vacancies in each category. (For example: Advertisement No. 540/081-82 may list 12 posts in a specific category, Advertisement No. 541/081-82 lists 3 posts, and so forth.)
Application Fee Details:
- For Ninth Level Posts:
The application fee is NPR 1,200/- plus an additional fee of NPR 500/- for each additional inclusive category applied for, and an extra NPR 500/- for each supplementary document. - For Eighth Level Posts:
The application fee is NPR 1,000/- plus an additional fee of NPR 400/- for each additional inclusive category applied for.
Procedure for Fee Payment:
Online Payment:
- After submitting the online application form through the Commission’s online application system, navigate to “All Application” and click the “Pay” button corresponding to your applied advertisement.
- Then, select the "Online Payment" option, choose the appropriate wallet, and enter your username and password to complete the payment.
Offline Payment:
- Alternatively, go to “My Application” and then “All Application”, click the “Pay” button for your applied advertisement.
- Next, select the "Offline Payment" option and click on “Click Here” to generate a voucher.
- You may then make a cash payment at the designated bank using the generated voucher (which includes your Master ID and transaction number).
Important Note:
Once an application is submitted for a particular advertisement, no further modifications, additions, or corrections will be permitted.
Submission of Application Fee:
After submitting the online application, you must pay the required fee using the bank voucher (with your Master ID and transaction number) provided by the online system within the specified timeframe.
Result Publication and Appointment:
Based on the results obtained in the advertisement, the selected candidates will be appointed at the respective offices as per the guidelines provided. Detailed information regarding the division of posts and the selection process is included in the advertisement.
